What's New For 2008...
The first item in our Company Mission Statement is the following; "To build a good product, and to never stop improving it". We believe that companies like Honda, 3M, Sony, Microsoft etc. have it right… they bring out a new improved model one week, and in the next week, start to find a whole bunch of ways to make further improvements. Over the years, we have added better grass tees, Members tees, a covered tee section, then gas infra-red heaters, added an additional 18 holes to our mini-golf, then we built the short-game area, (designed by on of Canada's best Golf Architects), and last year, opened the little Par-3, 3-hole course.

This year, the following news;

• Angelo Puma is now our Director of Golf. Ang is a graduate of The San Diego Golf Academy, a CPGA Professional, has run a high quality golf shop for some years, and is an expert Custom Club Fitter
• We are pleased to have Jon Anderson join our staff as Director of Grounds Maintenance. Jon completed a course on Turf Management at the University of Guelph, and brings expertise to our operation that our customers will be pleased with
• We have added two more new ball dispensers
• We have a newer, better software system for ball dispensing that will deliver faster.
• We have again upgraded our range balls; we have purchased 70000 brand new "Top-Flite TOUR" balls
• We have again upgraded our mini-golf, and will continue our remake of at least 6 of our mini-golf holes; fun for the entire family.
• We have built a new teaching room with great comfort for our students; it looks very nice.
• HONORARY MEMBERSHIPS AVAILABLE; we've heard about the heroes on 9/11…brave men and women who did some extraordinary acts of kindness to others. We have people here who defended our Country, and built a wonderful Nation. This year, to say "Thanks". we are offering a complimentary RANGE MEMBERSHIP to anyone 70 years or older. • We are installing several "Swing Mirrors" at various places along the range. Many top Instructors highly recommend mirror training to achieve a repeating swing.
• We have one of the best swing analysis software programs available; it can help you determine exactly what is happening with your club path and club face at impact…. Invaluable
• A brand-new green with beautiful bunkering in our Short-Game Practice Area ;
• Now on-stream….the fun and challenge of playing "SHOOT-OUT", a game that makes practice fun, interesting, and effective, (and you can play it with friends).
  • A new "Shoot-Out" League, in conjunction with the "Niblick" Pub, one of Oakville's finest, (just minutes away)
  • New GPS range-finders for our Members, to indicate precise distances from every tee position to every target green
  • A new "Hockey / Golf" Kids camp in conjunction with "Dominion Twin Rinks" right next door.
